My practice also includes the representation of talent in all areas of the entertainment industry, as well as advisors, managers, and other professionals who work with talent, in negotiating a variety of personal agreements and arrangements central to the talent’s career. These services include a wide array of matters, such as:
  • Arrangements between the artist and various professionals who will assist the artist in his or her career

  • Employment arrangements of artists in all areas of the entertainment industry applicable to them.

  • Issues involving the employment and representations of minors.

  • Band agreements between musical artists, including entity formation and governance documents, as well as splits between members

  • Agreements between artists and content providers in the applicable areas of the entertainment industry (music, film, television, literature, theater, internet/digital media, etc.)
